دور المعلم لا يقتصر على نقل المعرفة الأكاديمية، بل يتضمن أيضًا امتلاك مجموعة متنوعة من المهارات الناعمة التي تساعد على تحسين تجربة تعلم الطلبة. تسلط هذا المقال الضوء على أهمية مهارات المعلمين في خلق بيئة تعليمية متجددة وفعالة. عن طريق استعراض الدراسات الحديثة، نقدم إطارًا شاملاً للمهارات الناعمة الأساسية المطلوبة للمعلمين، مثل التواصل الفعال، والمرونة، والتفكير النقدي، والذكاء العاطفي، والإبداع. كما نناقش أيضًا أهمية التأمل والتعلم المستمر كوسائل لتطوير هذه المهارات. فضلا عن ذلك، نقدم أمثلة واستراتيجيات عملية لتطبيق هذه المهارات في الصفوف الدراسية، تهدف المقال إلى زيادة المعرفة عند المعلمين التربويين حول أهمية المهارات الشخصية، وتزويدهم بالمعدات الضرورية لتحسين طرائقهم التعليمية وتشجيع المشاركة النشطة للطلبة.

Abstract:
The role of the teacher is not limited to imparting academic knowledge but also includes possessing a variety of soft skills that help improve the students’ learning experience. This article highlights the importance of teachers’ skills in creating a renewed and effective educational environment. By reviewing recent studies, we provide a comprehensive framework of the essential soft skills required for teachers, such as effective communication, flexibility, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and creativity. We also discuss the importance of reflection and continuous learning as ways to develop these skills. In addition, we provide practical examples and strategies for applying these skills in classrooms. The article aims to increase teachers’ knowledge about the importance of personal skills and provide them with the necessary equipment to improve their teaching methods and encourage active student participation.
